The Vortex Workout Machine

The Main
Objective of this particular project that I have chosen was to show the
types of human body exercises that can be accomplished with this particular
workout machine. The machine's types of movements will enable you to burn
Calories, Receive a cardiovascular workout and gain muscular strength all
at the same time within minutes right in your own home or office.
The Project that I
have chosen is a "Vortex 101 Aero-Motion" Exercise Machine that
targets the Lower and Upper Body Muscles. In Total the machine has 17
parts. Basically the moving parts that are linked are 1. Link 2 you are
seated on 2. You push down on both pedals (Link 4 moves to the left hand
side) and pull the Handle Bars towards you 3. The Linkage Bar is what
it holds the linkage together and the Cylinder is forced in an Upwards
direction causing force to be created. 4. The Pressure Regulator is twisted
in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction to increase or decrease
the pressure in (weight = lbs) when exercising for a lighter or heavier
workout. |
