Responsible for and supported Windsor Chrysler Facility during launch of Mini-Van and Pacifica Platform through Pilot Builds and Training of union operators in the assembly of Sunroofs to Vehicles.
Work with and lead Chrysler union operators, Chrysler Core Team Engineers and Black Belts to line installation issues through to final resolution.
Initiate and follow-up on corrective actions with Product and Quality Engineers at ArvinMeritor.

Actively involved with new part launches for Caterpillar—most notably the 4-story Land Mover package for the Asian market.
