CAD Operator

  • Reported to the Planning and Design Coordinator in the Infrastructure Department
  • Managed the verification and maintenance of space inventory for all UHN sites
  • Investigated discrepancies in Master Drawing sets, measured and corrected plans
  • Assisted with the Implementation of “Vision FM & Healthcare” Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system with responsibility for coordination of training and cataloguing of changes in space assignments

  • Reported directly to owner/principle architect
  • Responsible for completion and modification of working drawings and presentation drawings for residential and commercial projects

LEAD TECHNICIAN – Lube Shop 2007 – 2010

  • Promoted by the Service Manager after displaying leadership potential, actively establishing rapport with peers, management and clientele
  • Supervised a 3 – 7 person team of Technicians with accountability for training and development, scheduling breaks according to work demands and building productive and efficient team
  • Performed a wide variety of automotive repairs and preventative maintenance for 15 to 40 vehicles, of various makes and models per day

  • Hired to perform basic maintenance services and vehicle inspections while completing academic studies at Abbey Park Secondary School
  • Elevated to full-time employment upon graduation, assigned additional responsibilities
