About Me

With an earned diploma providing excellent technical skills from Sheridan College Architectural Technology program and a combined one year experience working in an office environment through Sheridan College co-op placements, I have achieved many of my goals.

As a precise, imaginative, and organized individual whose standards strive in accuracy and detail. Using AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and Revit; I can prepare working drawings with two or three dimensional building components. Also, I have excellent proficiency using Microsoft Office. I work well under pressure to meet deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.

My passion in art and architecture began from my travels. Since my youth my dad has taken me and my family on canoe trips in Algonquin Park. We did this for many years which led me to do a memorable two week canoe trip with 12 students from my high school to the ‘Great White North’. We canoed on the Yukon River from Whitehorse to Dawson City. After this journey, I moved from home to live in Nordenham, Germany with my mother’s family; where I had the opportunity to visit Berlin’s architecture, ski in Austria’s slopes as well as travel through Turkey and see many of the ruins from the ancient Romans. The favorite places I have travelled has been along the Mediterranean coast of Antalya, Turkey and Dawson City.

In 2008, my beautiful daughter was born. After my maternity leave ended I was determined to accomplish and graduate from a college program. I could not settle for just any program, I wanted to feel as if I really accomplished and pushed myself. During the Architectural Technology program; I worked 20 hours a week while attending school full time. As exhausted as it was, I am proud of myself for my hard work and dedication. I would not have achieved as much as I did without my wonderful husband and daughter’s full support, and motivation.¬†
