  • Able to compile these renders and animations in a presentation using Premiere Pro and MS PowerPoint.
  • Able to create pictorial drawing sketches using freehand techniques (isometric, oblique and perspective)
  • Drawing management, file organization and storage
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Publisher.
  • Estimate cost and material take-offs for residential projects.
  • Prepare simple heat loss calculations for buildings
  • Understands and utilizes the Ontario Building Code and zoning by-laws
