OBJECTIVE:

Looking for a full-time position within the architectural field. To date, two and a half out of three years of schooling has been completed and within that time, three co-ops have been accomplished. Over this period of time, a variety of skills both technical and practical, have been learned through all of my co-op experiences. Thanks to an intense curiosity and a passion to learn, working for this company would provide an amazing opportunity to further grow.

•            Created both new and added onto existing drawings 
•            Filed and recorded archive drawings for local museum
•            Took on site measurements and photos

•            Manage and record appointments and schedules
•            Aid students with written assignments, oral interviews and using Sheridan College websites

•            Maintained steady detail deadlines for construction crew to work from
•            Traveled to job sites to ensure drawings and projects were in alinement
•            Managed files for floor plan changes, edits and information

PROJECTS:

PROPOSED HOME ADDITION                                                        
Semester Five
•            Used hypothetical client requirements to conceptualize a rear 2 -storey home addition
•            Used AutoCad and Revit to create new site plan, building section and floor plans
•            Referred to the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and Mississauga zoning laws

Semester Four
•            Formed commercial floor plans, working drawings and 3D renderings
•            Referenced the Ontario Building Code (OBC) throughout entire project
•            Presented final project for the whole class

SEMI-DETATCHED HOME                                                                  
Semester Two
•            Produced working drawings for a 2.5, semi-detached house in Mississauga
•            In groups of two, each member had to create a 3D model for each half of the home
•            Introduced a full concept and formal design presentation
