Architectural Technology Courses Outline:

Design Courses:

  • Designed with a group a 2 stories commercial building and produced drawings for floor plans, sections, details and elevations using AutoCad.
  • Designed a 3 stories residential house and produced drawings for floor and roof framing plans, floor plans, sections, details and elevations using AutoCad.
  • Designed a 7 stories commercial, retail and residential building drawings of floor plans, structure plans, and 3d renders including LEED sustainability.

Project Management Courses:

  • Introduced to the basic principles of project management and studied the different types of contracts, tenders, delivery methods, project phases and administration.

Construction Methods Courses:

  • Studied and draw methods of constructing structural elements such as slabs, columns, beams in addition to studying different types of construction equipment and their uses.
