• Planned with a small team of 3 to design a Mid-Rise Mixed-Use building to be used by our client, Toronto Artscape located at 1056 Queen Street W.
• Incorporated programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Markerbot to give it a more in-depth look at it’s design, structure and use of masses.
• Prepared a set of Presentation and Working drawings which includes a thorough analysis and use of the current Building Code, though majority of Part 3 was use.
• Able to identify, define and apply visual properties of form to the creation of architectural building masses which includes solving conceptual design problems of varying complexities including the resolution of client and contextual requirements
• Incorporated structural requirements and systems into the design process
• Develop several LEED designs and strategies in order to meet requirements and produce a more environmental friendly design which includes Energy Renewable, Water management and material selection.

Building Renovation September 2015 – December 2015
• Planned with a small team of 2 to renovate a Medium size Residential building to be used by a single family, located at 449 Marf Ave.
• Incorporated programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Markerbot to give it a more in-depth look at it’s design, structure and use of masses.
• Prepared a set of Presentation and Working drawings which includes a thorough analysis and use of the current Building Code, though majority of Part 9 and 11 was use.
• Proposed several renovation strategies that meets the majority of our client’s requirements which includes modern design and the use of LEED methods.
• Provides a brief but described note about the Cost/Benefits of the renovation process.
• Produced an analytic report documenting conditions of an existing building which includes the social and economic benefits inherent in building renovation taking into seriously consideration the 3Rs (-reduce, re-use and re-cycle)

Studio IV January 2015 – April 2015
• Planned with a small team of 4 to design a Medium size commercial building to be used by Bertazzzoni Applications, located at 35 Courtneypark Dr W.
• Incorporated programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Markerbot to give it a more in-depth look at it’s design, structure and use of masses.
• Prepared a set of Presentation and Working drawings which includes a thorough analysis and use of the current Building Code, though majority of Part 3 was use.
• Assembled a specification manual to meet building design and use of materials presented.
• Developed an in-depth site plan which meets the OBC and includes a grading plan.
Café Loco Mississauga, ON
Commercial Detailing January 2015 – April 2015
• Planned independently to design a Small size commercial building to be used by a Coffee Shop Owner, located at 202 County Court Boulevard.
• Incorporated programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and Markerbot to give it a more in-depth look at its design, structure and use of masses.
• Prepared a set of Presentation and Working drawings which includes a thorough analysis and use of the current Building Code, though majority of Part 3 was use.
• Select appropriate materials and methods of construction to create details for commercial projects by demonstrating the ability to research products available in the current marketplace.
