Over the course of my program and with the help of highly devoted and knowledgeable faculty ; I have enjoyed working on all these projects and learned ways of tackling the challenges and deadlines associated with them.

PASSIVE HOUSE

An energy efficient, single-family advance residential home. Effective programming, planning, schematic design, analysis of design and technology precedents, conceptual considerations in construction, related mechanical systems and the process of design development.

DESERT ROSE

Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi (EAD) expressed an interest in a design proposal of an observatory tower in the Al-Wathaba Wetland Reserves which is home to a unique diverse ecosystem comprised of wetlands, salt flats and fossilized sand dunes. The reserve has become an oasis of animal and plant life, attracting innumerable species of diverse wildlife to settle within the wetlands. This includes abundant plant and aquatic life as well as over 250 species of birds, most notably the spectacular flock of flamingos that call the wetlands home.

CONTOURS ON QUEEN

A mixed use, mid rise building in the heart of Toronto - 1056 Queen St. W.

A project primarily focused on Urban developing for family inspired communities. Our idea originated from the rice fields in Asia and shaped to blend in Queen West's surrounding environment : Vertical apartment living with a home environment !

HYBRID TIMBER HOME

A medium sized family residential home with detached garage. The program was to propose a design for a lot located away from the city life. A hybrid timber frame with SIP wall system gives it a comfortable living and ease of construction. An open concept with large glazing and high ceilings makes it a perfect personal space in conjunction with its surrounding environment.

LOT 17

A residential corner lot in the south west lakeshore area in city of Mississauga. A residential home designed for a young couple who would like to have kids and grow old in the house. A design with flexibility to divide into separate dwellings for rental income and age restrictions from infants to seniors was the primary focus of the project.

ERIN COMMUNITY CENTRE

A team project based on the expanding communities in Mississauga and their need for recreational activities. A library with a community center on the north west border of Mississauga and Milton will facilitate its growing community. The project primarily focused on the OBC requirements and its implementation and how it interacts with the design phase of the project.
