  • Graduated from Lorne Park Secondary School and received Ontario Secondary School Diploma in 2009, and completed two architectural design courses in high school

Work Experience
September - December 2011 David W. Small Design - Co-op Autocad Technician
  • Worked in a team environment to produce CAD design and working drawings
  • Helped co-ordinate site plan approval submissions and building permit applications
  • Additional office duties included, 3d modeling of projects for client visualization, maintaining filing systems, document control, and delivery of client gifts

January - September 2011 Uncommon Ground Design Group - Junior Associate
  • Created 3D renderings with SketchUp and rendering program to help clients visualize designs, especially lighting plans
  • Created and managed a reference photo database used for concept landscape plans
  • Set up and managed a Mac OS X Leopard Server system, which ran a project management software for employees on their computers
  • Preformed document control and additional office duties

Volunteer Experience
February & March 2012 Sheridan College's Integrated Energy Master Plan
  • Sheridan’s Integrated Energy Master Plan initiative was started to analyze and understand its current use of energy in all campus building (including HVAC, electronics, lighting, etc), and using software design ways to reduce this use
  • Used Google Sketchup and OpenStudio plugin software to model a Sheridan College campus building
  • Used existing plans and some confirmed measured dimensions to create model Worked in team with other member, kept in contact and coordinated via email
