Exercise 4 - Working Drawing Titleblock

The following exercise will demonstrate how to create an ANSI-D size simple working drawing titleblock.

Start by taking the Design drawing titleblock and expending it further.
You will find notes and a sample image for the working drawing titleblock in the V:\distrib\52AD folder (see web distrib).

Notes:

For titles, use a text height of 1/16", red colour.
For text in the fields, use 1/*" high text, white colour, except for the Sheet Number, which is 1/4" high text.
All lines in the titleblock should be Cyan (very thick) in colour, except for the four outer lines, make those colour #8 (very thin).
