Conflagration Square is a new construction project that is located within the jurisdiction of Mississauga's Downtown 21 Master Plan. The strict conformance to requirements such as streetwall height and minimum setbacks led to a challenging creative process. This mixed-use building contains retail on the ground floor, offices on the second and third floors, and residential suites on the fourth and fifth floor. |

The Marf Household was a 1-1/2 storey home with detached garage that was renovated to provide additional liveable space while also increasing curb appeal. The aesthetic is a blend of the traditional residential style with some modern flairs such as the curved roofs. The existing garage footprint was preserved and converted into an attached garage. |

The Romanesque style is infused with the modern trend to utilize curtain wall glazing, resulting in a beautiful building with maximized solar gain.
