WRIGHT RESIDENCE - SERENE HOUSE - THE HERITAGE CC

Wright Residence:

The Wright Residence was a project completed for Semester Four’s Building Information Modelling class and was repackaged for semester six's Computer Visualization Class.

The intent of this project was to create a home that would accomidate for a single family home and function as a space that provides the necessary accomodations for the lifestyle of the particular family.

The main features of this project were it’s wrap around porch that also acts as a shade for people below to divide the two spaces and the use of many windows to allow natural lighting to create beautiful spaces.

 

Serene House:

The Serene House was a project completed for Semester two's Studio class and was repackaged for the porpose of this webpage.

The intent of this project was to create a home that would provide the necessary aging in place accomodations and functions as a home that can also be used by younger, small families.

The main features of this project are the integrated aging in place features that allow this home to have the requirred elements that allow for an aging family for example the ramp in the rendered image above.

HERITAGE COMMUNITY CENTER:

 

The Heritage Community Center was a project completed for Semester five's Building Information Modeling class and was repackaged for the porpose of this webpage.

The intent of this project was to create an addition to an existing heritage building through using revit and the provided CADD elevations and plans provided.

The main features of this project are the addition of an art gallery and food court on the main floor as well as two additional floors that house the remainder of the art gallery and a study commons, thus, promoting community activity at this existing heritage library.
