Whitney Renovation Revit Project
Additions: Front porch intended to create more curb appeal to the house. The ground floor rear addition includes a dining room, family room with circulation to new kitchen, access to the rear yard with deck area. The basement has an addition, a large open recreational room for activities, 2-piece washroom and laundry room. The second floor renovation consists of a master bedroom with walk in closet and master bathroom, private access to terrace.

Nature at the Square
The design concept chosen is Nature, inspired by, to confront the present lack of urban design at the site and its surroundings. The proposed site is surrounded by future multiuse developments, such as residential, office buildings with retail space on ground floors and underground parking.
