Onody Residence – Renovation Project (Academic)

  • Visited client and took site measurements of entire house and talked about their concerns of the existing structure and their vision for the space
  • Created a set of phase 1 and phase 2 plans to address client’s budget issues (they did not want to spend all the money at once)
  • Group Project (2 people) – My contribution: schematic diagrams, 2 elevations, 1 buildings section, 2 details, half of floorplans, exterior renders

Greenhouse Haven – Mixed-Use Project (Academic)

  • Nominated by my studio professor to the Urban Design Awards
  • Designed a mix-use building on Queen Street West
  • Studied the neighbourhood to assess the missing elements that our building could provide
  • Designed an innovative greenhouse with a kinetic façade that can be enjoyed year round by the public and residents

Piano House (Professional)

  • Meet with client and company manager to discuss the client’s vision for their custom home
  • Created high quality renders and virtual walkthroughs of the space to ensure the client’s vision was met before going forward with construction
  • Efficiently worked from home with no interruptions to any of the on-going projects
