Commercial Detailing – Architectural Detailing: Commercial |
- With a focus on hand drawn details, created a package of details for a small commercial building
- Partially research based, searched the web for market available components to incorporate into required drawn details, such as Kawneer for curtain wall store front sections.

Mall Office – Architectural Studio 3 |
- With an emphasis on OBC standards and compliance, developed on a given package of a two-storey building with a requirement of two different occupations.
- Developed exterior wall assemblies while calculating FRR for walls and floor connections of two different classified floors. Used occupancy load to determine requirements of lavatories for male and female washrooms respectively. Calculated arbitrary area to determine size of beams, girders, and thickness of metal deck.
- As a group project, clearly communicated the partner regularly to determine progress and future steps.

Fire Station – Architectural Studio 4 (SEM4) |
- Using revit on pre- existing vacant piece of land, developed fire station standards and requirmets with focus on fire separation between occupencies.
- Organize professional documentation such as Site plan, floorplans, elevations, sections, and details.

- Used 2D and 3D software to design a custom architectural project with general guide lines
- Worked in xrefed site plan and heavily used line types, scales and blocks.
- Attention given to structural framing per OBC standards.

- Formed floor, wall, and roof assemblies appropriate for the occupancy.
- Emphasis on developing working plan drawings, sections, and detail callouts.

- Focused on fire prevention systems based on occupency type and accupant load based lavatories for male and female washrooms.
- Special Attention provided to fire truck routs and reletive equipment.
