Mississauga Fire Station. April, 2021.

  • Task was to create a fire station on an empty lot in Mississauga.
  • Complete research of what is required in a fire station.
  • Needed to incorporate two LEED systems.

Toronto Mid-Rise. December, 2021.

  • Task was to turn a parking lot on Queen Street W, and create a Mid-Rise building.
  • Follow the strict zoning by-laws in the Toronto area while creating a appealing and different structure.
  • Incoporated the use of LEED systems to have the building more sustainable.
  • Mid-rise was to be a commercial-residential building.

Kelly Cottage Renovation. December, 2021.

  • Tasked with interviewing the clients and creating what they wanted out of the renovation.
  • Going to the cottage to take measurements.
  • Finding the zoning laws for water front cottage in uxbridge.
  • Challange of renovating a 66 year old cottage.

 

Work Experience

Timekeeping. MMHA, Markham, September 2015 – August 2019.

  • Operate the scoreboard for whichever team is playing.
  • Make sure the board is relaying the proper numbers so players, coaches, and fans are not angry or upset.
  • Never had any issues during the work.
  • Solved scoreboard problems in a timely manner when they occurred.

Grocery Department. Richard and Ruth’s No-Frills, Markham, October 2017 – August 2019.

  • Stocking grocery shelves.
  • Organizing, teamwork, planning, and time management were all key parts to accomplishing work each day.
  • Dealt with customer problems.
  • Solved how to get work done faster when shipments would arrive late.

Paint. Rona, Markham, January 2018 – June 2018.

  • Learned what paint to use for certain types of surfaces and types of finishes.
  • Learned how to create the paint colours with the machine.

Guest Services. Sheridan Nursuries, Markham, May 2021 - December 2021.

  • Learned about different kinds of plants and tree.
  • Learned specifics of each plant.
  • Delivered plants and trees.
  • Used time management to plan out a delivery root to make the best use of time.
  • Made sure guests were satisfied upon any questions and any issues upon delivery.
  • Organized delivery truck to maximize the space used.
