Architectural Projects

Residential Detailing

A series of typical Residential Architectural Details with an emphasis on the exterior envelope of wood-frame construction. Completed with an appropriate use of line work, hatching, dimensions, lettering quality and technical notations.

SketchUp Rendering

Created a 3D rendering of a freehand residential design. The model was used to project the elevations, roof plan, perspectives and section cuts, as well as materials used.

AutoCAD Drafting

Drafted floor plans, elevations, section and perspective drawings of a residence. Applied appropriate drafting techniques using AutoCAD 2020, and employed Sheridan College's Design Standards.

Wood-Frame Construction Model

Demonstrated an understanding of methods, materials, detailing notations, and the industry standards of construction for residential buildings. Decisions made in constructing the model were in reference to the CMHC and OBC Standards.
