Mann Residence

This is a design concept of a house we did as a part of final project in term 6 of Architectural Technology program. The software used for this project is Revit (Building Information Modelling). This was supposed to be a simple residential house as we're learning the software and designing the house at the same time.

Ebenezer Market Community Centre

This was a group project in term 6 with each group consisting three members. We're supposed to propose an addition to existing Ebenezer Community Hall building that turns overall building into Ebenezer Market Community Centre. In the Front View below, you can see the addition on left side of Ebenezer building. Ebenezer building falls under Ontario Heritage Building Act and is one of the oldest building that still exist in the city of Brampton. Each member was resposible for the work assigned. My part was to design the floor plans and elevations and other two members worked on the detailing part. Below attached are few renders and the working drawings that I completed.

A Passive House

In this term 6 project, we're suppose to design a passive house using the location of 62 Hove Street, North York, ON. The owner of the house is really considering to upgrade his house to a passive house. So this project was a sort of real life project for all of us. Using the North-South orientation, summer solistice, winter solistice information we designed this project.

Posche Residence

This was term 5 project and an individual project. The software used for this project is 3DS Mas Design. This was the first time I used this software and was able to learn it very quickly. At the end of the term I became really good at this software and was able to produce renderings and animations. 3DS Max Design is considered to be a best software to render the views of the projects. Down below you'll be able to see animations for Rear exterior view and Bedroom.

Mississauga DT21

This term 5 project was one of the great one because it served as an opportunity for all the students to think and visualize in terms of design perspective. In this project, building we had to design was a multi-purpose building, with a mercantile floor, retail floors and residential floors at top two floors. We had an oppotunity to visit city hall in Mississauga downtown where we saw the Mississauga DT21 plan model. City of Mississauga is actually considering to redevelop the Mississauga downtown. No working drawings were required for this project.
