PROJECT SUMMARY (THE YORK)
In Semester 5, we were tasked to create a mixed-use residential mid-rise building. The project is located on Queen St. W, and fennings street. The goal of the project was to introduce the concept of density and answer various factors pretaining to building vertical. PAISLEY MILL ADAPTIVE REUSE

PROJECT SUMMARY (PAISLEY MILL ADAPTIVE REUSE)

In Semester 6, we were tasked to adaptivly reuse an old mill building building in a rural setting. The project is located in Paisley, Ontario, on Bruce Road 1 and Wellington Street. The goal of the project was to create a building that provides value to the local community and integrate it into its surroundings. PROJECT SUMMARY
In Semester 6, we were tasked to indulge in the creative process engaging in various conceptualization tecniques which includes sketching, modelling, storytelling, life mapping exercises, etc. The main intention of this building is to tie my roots into an architectural project through my childhood and upbringing. The site is located just minutes away from my childhood home with the main focus being on community solving the various issues with the park/area that I grew up in.

PREFABRICATED MODULAR HOME SYSTEM

PROJECT SUMMARY
In Semester 6, we were tasked to engage in an architectural visualization competition. The competition that we chose was the Buildner Modular Home competition which limits the building foot print to ninty square meters. Our design proposal consists of a prefabricated home system that aims to challenge the rising threat of expensive housing head on. The assembly itself is to be user-configurable and arrives on site via flatpacks to be installed on site with or without professional help. The following project contains presentation drawings and renders of the completed project.
