- Functional Call Centre Mapping; contacting managers& directors to confirm their FCC’s to the space allocated within Toronto General Hospital.
- Layout configurations on AutoCAD for Toronto Western CAD files; entailed inserting title blocks and making sure all pages were consistent to one another.
