Adamson Associates, Toronto                                                         September -December 2013Project Name: Transbay Transit Center in San Francisco, California  | LEED SILVER

Transbay Transit Center in San Francisco, six-level, 1,000,000 sq ft innovative facility, designed by Pelli Clark Pelli Architects and executed by Adamson Associates Architects. 

  • Project required extensive use of Revit and AutoCAD to prepare detailed drawings.
  • Coordinated with consultants to produce accurate detailed drawings.
  • Contacted directly manufacture to receive shop drawings with specs for the requested items.
  • Attended team meetings and cooperated with the whole team including the Architects, Project Manager, Consultants, Spec Writers, and senior Technologists to ensure that deadlines were met.





Project Name: Ebenezer Community Hall                                                                   Summer  2014

Ebenezer Community Hall is historically significant because it is one of the last few remaining one-room schoolhouses in the Greater Toronto Area. Preserving the original heritage significance of the existing Ebenezer Hall and Creating a unique solution to repurposing and expanding the existing building into a local community landmark and meeting place. The new addition is complex, multi-storey, multi-use, building. The design development phase/stage required the application of (OBC, part 3, and 11), local planning issues, sustainable design considerations, accessibility (AODA), and coordinating the work of other consultants(ie structural, mechanical and electrical), to prepare a set of construction documents including wall sections with key details. (The “New Ebenezer Hall” project was completed in Revit, in partner of three)


Project Name: Wave Building                                                                                       Winter  2014

“Wave “building is part of Mississauga’s Downtown 21 master plan, which calls for a dramatic transformation of the existing cityscape into a vibrant pedestrian centered environment. The “Wave” is a midrise modern-style retail, residential, and commercial property. During the concept design stage I analyzed current issues of sustainability (energy, waste, and materials), designed of the public realm and existing urban design schemes. The design development phase/stage  required the application of current legislation (OBC), sustainability (LEED), accessibility (AODA), structure, the selection of materials and detailing of building envelop assembly and producing design report. (The “Wave” project was completed in Revit, in partner of three)


Project Name: Brock University PLAZA 2006 Project                                          Summer 2013

Designed a set of fully coordinated and referenced architectural working drawings for the Brock University Plaza 2006 Project. The project required the completion of one design floor plan, one section plan and one elevation while ensuring that the design meets the Ontario Building Code (OBC). Worked in a team of four and ensured that the drawings were collated into a complete set (each group member was given a level of the proposed 5-storey building).


Project Name: Raptors Development                                                                        Summer 2013

Worked on a project involving developing solutions to site planning problems, including pedestrian, vehicle access, parking, landscaping and grading in accordance with Ontario Building Code and municipal zoning bylaw regulations. Prepared a professional building analysis report for the best and most profitable use of the property and conducted a life-cycle cost analysis. AutoCAD and freehand drafting techniques were required to create the solution for this commercial project which included collaboration with a student partner.




Albania Plaster Design (Owner), Mississauga                        January 2004-September 2011

  • Designed custom molding profiles for commercial and residential projects
  • Prepared detailed estimates based on client’s requirements to ensure their satisfaction
  • Managed various administrative tasks including bookkeeping, invoicing, and contractor payments
