SPECTRUM

Spectrum is a sustainable mid-rise mixed-use urban fill project that respects the development and street framework of Mississauga's Downtown21 Master Plan. The core objective of Spectrum is a change by example of the downtown core potential to create a vibrant, walkable and social area for a variety of people of different interests, cultures or religion. The design intention of Spectrum is to possess the five co-dependant aspects; form, function, context, tectonics and intention to utilize the surrounding environment to create an architecturally pleasing building that meets the fundamental requirements of the Downtown21 Master Plan.

ENIGMA

Enigma focuses on the renovation and expansion of a small library building. It was substantially updated and renovated to provide a more modern architectural presence. The existing library remained and will be a central entry hub for the new additions to the building; a new larger library, and a sustainable construction research and information centre.

CAPITOL RESIDENCE

The objective of this project is to explore techniques on how to produce photo realistic design presentation graphics efficiently in multiple computer media and model 3D components of the building that will be produced using 3D printing output devices. Capitol Residence is a project by Pb Elemental Architecture. Through simplicity of form and the selection of refined materials, this 1688 sf home located on a small lot centered in Seattle’s Capitol Hill urban community embraces the street life that animates the neighbourhood.
