Spectrum is a sustainable mid-rise mixed-use urban fill project that respects the development and street framework of Mississauga's Downtown21 Master Plan. The core objective of Spectrum is a change by example of the downtown core potential to create a vibrant, walkable and social area for a variety of people of different interests, cultures or religion. The design intention of Spectrum is to possess the five co-dependant aspects; form, function, context, tectonics and intention to utilize the surrounding environment to create an architecturally pleasing building that meets the fundamental requirements of the Downtown21 Master Plan. |
