SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficient in; AutoCAD 2020, Revit 2020, SketchUp 2017, Microsoft Office software; Word, Excel
- Intermediate level; Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Familiar with Gate Three and E-builder software
- Experience with working on P3 project on both the Owner and General Contractor sides
- Experience with the Ontario Building Code and implementation of LEED technologies
- Excellent project management and organizational skills gained through various lead positions on projects
- Showcased exceptional problem solving skills in high stress situations as an assistant manager
- Quick learner with excellent attention to detail, time and quality; working well both individually and in a team
