Ambitious, detail-oriented student whose passion for architecture has brought her to Sheridan College in Mississauga, ON. I am seeking a role where I can apply the skills aquired during my time at Sheridan.

Being an Architectural Technology student has taught me the importance of having good time-management skills, as well being a team player with good communication skills. This will be my final semester as a student at Sheridan and by the end of it I will qualify to legally use the term 'Licensed Architectural Technologists of Ontario' by fulfilling the requirements of the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario.

• Proficient in using Revit (2021 and older versions), AutoCAD (2019 and older versions), Microsoft Office, Lumion, Sketchup and Photoshop.
• Obtain, analyze, prepare, and revise drawings, and other graphical representations used in building projects.
• Knowledge of preparing estimates of cost, take offs and quantity for the construction of a residential dwelling.
• Solve technical problems related to building projects through the application of principles of Building Science and Mathematics.
• Intermediate knowledge in Urban Planning and Sustainable Development and Adaptive Reuse Strategies. 
• Ability to create quality conceptual sketches, both freehand and using CAD and other Building Information Modelling Software.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
