The sustainable cabin is designed to be a dynamic solution to alternative living and home office problems. It seeks to plant the seeds that will foster a playful office and living environment as an extension of nature. The architectural expression of the cabin is influenced by its form - playful and undulating. The expressive use of concrete, bamboo framing, and vegetated roof highlights the coexistence of humans and nature, as well as the structural, aesthetic, and experiential potentials of concrete and bamboo construction.

MIXED-USE CONDOMINIUM
Located at Fennings St. and Queen St. West in downtown Toronto, this mixed-use mid-rise condominium features retail and commercial spaces on its ground floor. The massing strategy originated from a simple concept: the hexagon. A hexagon has many architectural advantages. Acting as a singular module, it is able to maximize views and daylighting into a unit, much like a bay window. The black and white contrasting ACM panel facade gives it curb appeal in the hippest neighbourhood in Toronto.
