Description: In this project, we were instructed to design a 5 storey buildig for Downtown Mississauga 21. The ground floor is retail, the second and third floor are offices and the fourth and fifth are apartment units. My building was located across from an open green space/ farmer's market, so I chose to make my site a flexible street that is blocked off by bollards for pedestrians.

Project Name: The Lyman Residence

Description: For this project, we were given the opportunity of designing a 2- storey home using Revit for the first time. For this design, I chose to reverse my floors and put the private rooms such as bedrooms and offices on the first floor and an open concept of the kitchen, dining and living space on the second floor. The reason I did this was so the occupants can enjoy the outdoors on elevated deck that faces a forest of trees.
