VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE:

  • UTM BikeShare, University of Toronto Mississauga                            
  • Addressed and responded to renters' questions about the different types of bicycles available.
  • Cooperated with BikeShare staff to organize various fun activities and events that resulted in the creation of a fun environment for the UTM campus students.
  • Completed daily reports.
  • Performed administrative duties, and ran spreadsheet documents on Excel to keep track of the renting process.
  • Signed bicycles in and out, and repaired broken bicycles.
  • Organized activities in Carassauga festival in Mississauga especially in Iraqi pavilion.
