To complet this project for our real client who are a young working couple without children.

• Renovate kitchen to suit left hand huaband. Extend couterspace, eat-in breakfast bar.
• Finish basement to act as home theatre space and main family room, including a new three piece bathroom.
• Add a sunroom to the rear of the house to expand the entertaining space available as well as provide space for plants.
