Dalrymple Lake Cottage was a design proposal for a getaway cottage located on an escarpment, just a few hours north of the GTA.
Many of the cottages located along Dalrymple Lake are fittingly country style, however this design strives for a contemporary look, while still incorporating the surrounding nature.

ARTSCAPE UNITY SUITES

Located at the corner of Fenning Street and Queen Street, The Artscape Unity Suites feature a contemporary design, while implementing classical features.
The goal was to design affordable, artist friendly suites, and allowing development of social networks.

Vance Drive

The Vance Drive residence was a 'real life client' renovations project. The renovation was for a family of 4, struggling with space issues and awkward corners, in need of an update. In this design an additonal floor was proposed and a reconfiguartion of some existing rooms.
